All delivery charges will be calculated based on ladder weight.

Calculation of the delivery charges is up to 12kg in a single invoice.  Kindly take note that, all delivery will be made up to ground floor only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Charges apply for West Malaysia delivery only. We will contact you for additional shipping fees if the order is more than 12kg per single invoice.

2. For delivery to East Malaysia, we will contact you for additional shipping charges or kindly contact us here. 

Your orders will be deliver to you within 3-5 working days.

All deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday).
Yes. All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person, or if you have not received them within a reasonable period, please contact us here
As a sign-up member, you can log in and check on the status of your order online via My Account or based on the consignment numbers provided with the courier services

Self Pickup​

Yes, you are always welcome to select your preferable delivery options. You will prompt to the options to pick up your order from our store located at Bandar Baru Klang, Klang, Selangor. It’s quick, convenient and free.

  • During checkout, select “Self-Pickup (Free)“.
  • After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order confirmation number (this is usually sent out within 30 minutes).
  • Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email on when and where the item is ready for collection.
  • Please give us a call at +603-3343 8895 an hour before collection.
  • Bring your order confirmation number (show us a screen shot of your order confirmation email), along with NRIC, and the credit card (if needed) you used to place orders.
  • Speak to someone from our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
